Yoga and stress management designed for senior leadership. A programme that improves decision quality and resilience.
Yoga and stress management designed for senior leadership. A programme that improves decision quality and resilience.
Senior leaders work under high decision pressure, constant demand for communication and unpredictable agendas. That picture creates an accumulation of chronic stress, which damages decision quality, the capacity for empathy and long-term strategic thinking. The yoga and stress management curriculum developed specifically for this programme supports leaders in handling that pressure more functionally.
A maximum group size of 10: individual attention and personalised correction
The curriculum includes breathing techniques focused on decision-making under time pressure, attention management and sleep quality
Practical stress management tools (4-7-8 breathing, NSDR, body scan) can be applied immediately and adapted to the office setting
The schedule can be shaped around leaders' calendar constraints (morning, evening or weekend format)
Participants receive a personal practice protocol at the end of the first session
The 90-minute session is built as 20 minutes of personalised breath assessment and practice, 50 minutes of a tailored yin and restorative yoga flow (focused on the lower back, neck, digestion and heart area for the executive profile) and 20 minutes of cognitive stress management tools. The programme is delivered at a venue chosen by the company (a meeting room, a private office or outdoors) through regular visits from our instructor, monthly or fortnightly.
We respect the confidentiality needs of a leadership group: a closed group, no participant list shared and no photography.
The primary audience is C-suite members, directors and senior leaders; leadership teams who want to optimise their mental capacity before an intense quarter-end or a critical process; and HR directors who want to position leadership health as part of the company's sustainability.
To combine yoga and stress management with comprehensive leadership development, look at our senior leadership training programme. An executive retreat format designing the two together is also available.

In large-scale corporate events, occupational health and safety (OHS), crowd dynamics, and perimeter security are managed turn-key. Site ground assessments, emergency egress routes, and stable power infrastructure are audited by veteran event directors. Throughout the gathering, dedicated ambulances, certified first-aid medical teams, and event safety marshals remain stationed on site.
From intimate 50-person department retreats to 1,000+ employee company festivals, event flows follow precise minute-by-minute schedules. While athletic colleagues compete in high-energy sports challenges, employees seeking relaxation enjoy live music, lawn games, and wellness stations—fostering 100% company-wide engagement.
All corporate gatherings are produced under our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 accredited travel agency license with comprehensive commercial liability coverage. Share your estimated delegate count, location preferences, and target dates, and we provide your comprehensive line-item formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for international enterprises.
