Corporate Pickleball Experience

A corporate pickleball experience is a half-day format introducing your team to the sport. As with padel, the aim here is to get people playing — and in pickleball that happens within the first hour.
The court is the size of a badminton court, the paddle is short and solid, and the ball is light and perforated. Because the ball travels slowly, reaction time is long and a beginner can get to it. The serve is underarm and hit crosscourt — the hardest stroke in tennis is absent.
Another balancing factor is the kitchen rule: you cannot volley inside the 2.13 m zone in front of the net. This prevents a strong or tall player from standing at the net and smashing, producing balanced matches in mixed-fitness groups.
Four players occupy a court; the experience format works comfortably with 8–12 participants per court. Because a pickleball court is smaller than a tennis court, two or even four fit into one — markedly higher capacity at the same venue. A group of 24 is covered by 2–3 courts in half a day.
If the team has warmed to it, a company pickleball day (full day, multi-court), corporate pickleball training, a tournament or a league are the natural continuations.
Employee safety is paramount across all our team building and sports experience operations. All technical gear (including CE and UIAA-certified helmets, harnesses, life vests, radios, or racing systems) meets stringent international safety benchmarks. Courses are facilitated by licensed instructors, federation trainers, and certified outdoor guides. Prior to activity commencement, comprehensive safety briefings are delivered, with certified first-aid paramedics stationed on site.
Every program is tailored to your team's age profile, physical readiness, and strategic objectives (such as cross-silo trust, problem solving, or decompression). Progressive difficulty tracks ensure even first-time beginners participate with confidence. Accommodating intimate executive offsites of 15 leaders up to company-wide festivals of 300+ delegates, simultaneous squad rotations guarantee seamless engagement.
All operations are backed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 licensed corporate travel agency accreditation. Share your expected headcount, date window, and add-on preferences (executive VIP shuttles, outdoor banquets, or luxury resort accommodation), and we deliver your official formal proposal within 24 hours. Direct corporate billing is supported in USD, EUR, or TRY for global clients.

3–4 hours: welcome and equipment, a 20-minute technical briefing (grip, forehand and backhand, underarm serve, the dink), the rules (double bounce, kitchen, scoring), a paired warm-up, rotating mini matches to 11 and a short close.

Yes. On indoor courts pickleball is independent of weather; it is one of the few corporate sports schedulable from November to March.
