A corporate airsoft team event is a full-day programme run through scenario-based missions and a scoring table. The difference from the experience format is that games are structured as missions and the day ends with a winner.
Calling hits is left to the player: there is no paint mark, so whoever is hit raises a hand and leaves the field. The game is built entirely on honesty.
That dynamic is worth observing in a corporate group: whether the rule is followed when nobody is checking becomes visible on its own over the day. It is usually the main subject of the debrief.
20–30 players per field is ideal for the scenario format. Above 60 people two fields run in parallel and merge for the final. BB consumption is high in this format and appears as a separate line in the quote.
Headcount, date, city, field preference and whether a debrief session should be included.

Hold the point, a rescue mission (extracting a "hostage" player), sabotage, convoy (protecting or stopping a moving target) and a limited-lives format requiring risk management.
The experience format is half a day with open games. In the team event, games are structured as missions, a scoring table is kept and the day ends with a winner; a debrief is also added.
Eye protection is never removed on the field and marshals enforce this continuously. Outside play the safety is on and the muzzle points at the ground. The minimum engagement distance and "hand elimination" rules apply, and replicas are not carried uncased off the field.
