Corporate Darts Tournament
A darts tournament that can be set up in the office: no fitness, no changing clothes, and a fixture list that runs all day.
A darts tournament that can be set up in the office: no fitness, no changing clothes, and a fixture list that runs all day.
A darts tournament has the lowest barrier to participation of any corporate event format. There is no need to change clothes, nobody breaks a sweat, no fitness is required and a throw takes ten seconds. It therefore brings in the profile of employee who never joins a sports event at all.
The corporate advantage of darts is that the tournament can run without stopping the work. The board is set up in a corner of the office, the fixture list is spread across the day and participants play their matches when they are free. It is not necessary for everyone to be in one place at one hour — a decisive convenience for shift-based teams and for teams with dense meeting schedules.
This is also the format that works when part of the group is not in the building. A board in each of two or three offices, a shared fixture list and a results sheet everyone can see turns a tournament into something that runs across sites for a week. It is not a substitute for people being in the same room, but it is one of very few formats that gives a distributed team a shared running scoreboard without anyone travelling.
It can be built as a single-day tournament, an office league spread across several weeks, or a side station within a larger event. The second is preferred by companies wanting to create a lasting social space in the office.
Our training curricula are structured around scientific movement mechanics, ergonomics, and safe posture development without overexerting corporate employees. Sessions are led by national athletes, federation-certified senior coaches, and sports physiotherapists. Facility hygiene, proper ventilation, surface safety, and first-aid measures are comprehensively maintained.
Timings integrate seamlessly with your company calendar: pre-shift morning awakenings, lunchtime mobility breaks, or post-work weekly sports club sessions. Programs can be held directly inside your corporate campus or at contracted top-tier athletic centers near your office. Differentiated beginner, intermediate, and advanced tracks ensure everyone progresses comfortably.
All training operations are governed by our TÜRSAB Group A-12558 corporate travel agency credentials and corporate service agreements. Upon receiving your employee headcount and desired frequency, we provide your line-item RFP proposal within 24 hours. Direct invoicing is available in USD, EUR, or TRY for global enterprises.
A throwing distance of 2.4 metres in front of the board plus a metre of clearance on each side; a space of roughly 3 by 4 metres is suitable. A protective panel is fitted to the wall. With an electronic board and soft-tip darts, the risk to the wall largely disappears.
Entirely. The rules are explained in a few minutes and an electronic board keeps the score automatically. Experienced players have an advantage, but because anyone can get lucky on a single throw the matches stay balanced.
A tournament of 16 to 24 people can be spread across a day on a single board. For larger numbers two to four boards are set up; up to 250 people is possible with the fixture divided across several days.
The format is designed to prevent exactly that: matches are spread across the day and participants play when they are free. It is not necessary for everyone to be together at one time.
