HR Event Assistant — Privacy Policy

The “HR Event Assistant” Chrome extension (the “Extension”) is published by Sporara Teknoloji Ticaret A.Ş. under the Kurumsal Sporlar brand (“we”). This policy explains what data the Extension handles.

1. Data that stays on your device

Attendee lists, departments, generated teams, fixtures, scores, idea-finder selections, reminder preferences and, if you have sent the contact form before, your own contact details for pre-filling are stored only in your browser using chrome.storage.local. This data is never transmitted to us or to any third party. Removing the Extension deletes it.

2. Data you choose to send us

Only when you fill in and submit the “Free plan” form yourself, the following are sent to kurumsalsporlar.com over HTTPS: first and last name, company, work e-mail, phone, expected attendee count, timing, event description and note, your consent choices, the name of the tool you used and the Extension version. We use this data solely to reply to your request and prepare an event plan/quote; if you tick the newsletter box, we also send a monthly newsletter you can unsubscribe from at any time. 3. What the Extension does not do

• It does not read, collect or modify the content of websites you visit and has no host permissions.
• It does not collect browsing history, cookies, location, keystrokes or analytics/tracking data.
• It does not sell or transfer user data to third parties, and does not use it for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
• It does not load or execute remote code.

4. Permissions

• storage — to save your lists, fixtures and preferences locally.
• alarms — to check upcoming HR days twice a day.
• notifications — to show reminders 14 and 3 days before an HR day (can be switched off in the Calendar tab).

Links in the Extension open kurumsalsporlar.com pages with UTM parameters that only identify the Extension as the traffic source; they contain no personal data.
